Subtle Pain (110×70)

Description

This Artwork is called ‘Subtle Pain’ which sounds not to bad. Pain that is subtle is most likely not hard to endure, but if that subtle pain stays with you for a decade and longer without hope of relieve, than I can become quite challenging. This piece of art was made in a time where that subtle pain was driving me to the edge of my capacity. This piece was also one of the first where I realized the process and actively experienced the magic that happens when one lets go of the steering wheel, surrenders the process and trust oneself. The resonance I received on the exhibitions this painting was part of were really amazing and almost made me cry sometimes because of all that praise I was so thirsty of. It felt like I actually achieved something I find good as well. Usually it was more like I achieve something I not really care about like good grades or I achieve something I find amazing but nobody else can see the achievement.

Overall, that painting is a personal milestone. As aways, many thanks to everybody supporting me on my journey through life.
