‘If only I would dare’ is a classic example for the cycle of trying – failing – trying – failing … until eventually letting go of expectations and opening up to whatever comes to then be amazed about what comes out of oneself if surrender meets trust. I think the surrender in the end of the process is what gives this painting so much value und expression. Many strong feelings are attached to this Canvas, good and bad.
